18th-Apr-2008 03:40 am - From one REVOLUTION to another--interview with T.M.REVOLUTION
JRR 2.0, JRR butterfly
In less than a week, pop-rock sensation T.M.REVOLUTION will perform at the New York Comic Con (April 18-20), almost four years after his U.S. debut on both the East and West coasts. He's known by many American fans for his song "Heart of Sword~Yoake Mae~," which was used as one of the ending theme songs for the beloved anime "Rurouni Kenshin." More recently he's been the vocalist of the group abingdon boys school, which, in only two years, has already made a big splash on the Jrock scene.

To get everyone geared up for his highly-anticipated New York performance, we got a chance to interview T.M.REVOLUTION and ask him about what he's looking forward to in New York, what it's been like to perform as a part of abingdon boys school, and where he hopes to perform next.

Just can't STAY AWAY? Are you HOWLING with desire to read more?
Then excuse our horrible puns and click right here to read the exclusive interview: From one REVOLUTION to another!

9th-Apr-2008 12:21 am - hide memorial summit!
JRR 2.0, JRR butterfly
[Please note that hide-city.net writes hide's name lowercase, as opposed to X JAPAN's website where it is written in capital letters.]

The rumor is confirmed! There will be a tribute to hide on May 3rd and 4th, 2008. Matsumoto-san passed from this world on May 2nd, 1998. Every year there is a musical celebration for him in Japan, but for the big one zero anniversary, over a dozen artists are going to pack Ajinomoto Stadium for two days of rock!

We got the info, the bands, and the place to talk about it all on our forums here!

It's a new style. A cleaner look. A better way to get you to what you want to see. Here to make a difference in your JRR experience, with new features to keep you excited and engaged.

Take a look around. Over the course of this week, we'll be introducing you to what the new site brings and how we plan to use it. Over the course of the next several weeks, we'll be expanding upon this new site model to make it intensely searchable for you.

Websites are like living beings; they change and evolve. Give us your input in our forum Help & Technical section on our new direction, so we can keep growing the site.

What do we usually call complicated new launches in the technology world? BETA. And 1.0 will stick around for you as we ease into our new digs.

If you find an error on the site, contact us. We'll get it fully operational for you.

NOTE: We're still fixing some bugs that occured as we transferred the new site in tonight, so as you're looking at it right now, you may see some things pop in and out. Just think of it as flapping butterfly wings... it's gotta happen for the thing to fly.

Link to 1.0 coming.
